पाशुपतव्रतविधिः | The Procedure of the Supreme Pāśupata Vow

Transliteration

snāpayetkalaśaiḥ pūrṇairaṣṭāpadasamudbhavaiḥ | gaṃdhadravyaissakarpūraiścandanādyaissakuṃkumaiḥ

Translation

Nên tắm rửa (làm lễ abhiṣeka) cho Liṅga của Śiva bằng những bình nước đầy đặt trên đài tám cánh (aṣṭāpada), dùng các hương liệu thơm—cùng long não, đàn hương và các thứ tương tự, lại thêm nghệ tây—để cử hành sự tẩy tịnh dâng lên Đấng Pati, Bậc Chúa Tể tối thượng và ban giải thoát.
