अयुक्तकारिणो लोके गर्हणीयाविवेकिता । यदुद्वेजयते लोकन्तदयुक्तं प्रचक्षते

Transliteration

ayuktakāriṇo loke garhaṇīyāvivekitā | yadudvejayate lokantadayuktaṃ pracakṣate

Translation

Trong đời, kẻ hành động không đúng mực bị chê trách là thiếu phân biệt. Điều gì làm quần chúng bất an, xao động, điều ấy được tuyên là bất hợp lẽ.
