शिवतत्त्वे परापरभावविचारः

ब्रह्मादयो ऽपि लोकानां सृष्टिस्थित्यन्तहेतवः । निग्रहानुग्रहौ प्राप्य शिवस्य वशवर्तिनः

Transliteration

brahmādayo 'pi lokānāṃ sṛṣṭisthityantahetavaḥ | nigrahānugrahau prāpya śivasya vaśavartinaḥ

Translation

Ngay cả Phạm Thiên và các bậc chủ tể vũ trụ khác—những vị làm nhân duyên phương tiện cho sự tạo lập, duy trì và hoại diệt các thế giới—cũng chỉ hành động sau khi nhận sự chế ngự và ân sủng của Śiva, nên đều ở dưới quyền cai quản duy nhất của Ngài.
