Transliteration

sarvāsāmeva śaktīnāṃ tvattaḥ khalu samudbhavaḥ | tasmātsarvatra sarveṣāṃ sarvaśaktipradāyinīm

Translation

Muôn năng lực (śakti) đều thật sự phát sinh từ Ngài. Vì thế, ở khắp mọi nơi và đối với hết thảy chúng sinh, Ngài là Đấng ban trao mọi quyền năng.
