होरे विषमभेर्केदोः समये शशिसूर्ययोः । आदिपञ्चनवाधीशाद्रेष्काणेशाः प्रकीर्तिताः ॥ ३ ॥

Transliteration

hore viṣamabherkedoḥ samaye śaśisūryayoḥ | ādipañcanavādhīśādreṣkāṇeśāḥ prakīrtitāḥ || 3 ||

Translation

Trong phân chia gọi là Hōrā, Mặt Trăng và Mặt Trời làm chủ tể theo thời phần của mình; còn trong phân chia Dreṣkāṇa (thập phân cung), các chủ tể được tuyên định bắt đầu từ chủ của cung thứ nhất, thứ năm và thứ chín.
