रजसा तमसा व्याप्ता द्योतिता: प्रभया पुन: । धूल और अन्धकारसे व्याप्त आकाश, पृथ्वी, दिशा और विदिशाएँ प्रदीपोंकी प्रभासे पुनः प्रकाशित हो उठी थीं
rajasā tamasā vyāptā dyotitāḥ prabhayā punaḥ |
Sañjaya thưa: Không gian vốn bị bụi mù và bóng tối nuốt chửng nay lại bừng sáng bởi hào quang—khiến bầu trời, mặt đất, mọi phương và các hướng xen giữa đều như được đèn soi rạng. Giữa cơn rối loạn của chiến tranh, hình ảnh ấy nhắc rằng sự minh tỏ vẫn có thể thoáng trở về sau những lớp che phủ nặng nề.
