Shloka 42

ततः पुनर्व्यात्तमुखास्ते5श्मवृष्टी: समनन्‍्ततः । अयोहस्ता: शूलहस्ता दरदास्तड्रणा: खसा:

tataḥ punar vyāttamukhās te ’śmavṛṣṭīḥ samanantataḥ | ayohastāḥ śūlahastā daradās taṅgaṇāḥ khasāḥ |

Sañjaya thưa: Rồi lại nữa, những chiến binh hung hãn ấy—há miệng vì giận dữ—bắt đầu trút đá từ bốn phía. Tay cầm chùy sắt, giương đinh ba—bọn Darada, Taṅgaṇa và Khasa—ép sát quanh Sātyaki. Nhưng Sātyaki, tinh thông thế phản kích, đã dùng những mũi tên sắc bén mà chém nát và quật ngã tất cả.
