सप्त विप्रांस्ततो भोज्ये युगपत् समुपानयत् । ऋते च लवणं भोज्यं श्यामाकान्न॑ ददौ प्रभु:,प्रभावशाली निमिने उन सातोंको एक ही साथ भोजनके लिये अलोना सावाँ परोसा
sapta viprāṁs tato bhojye yugapat samupānayat | ṛte ca lavaṇaṁ bhojyaṁ śyāmākānnaṁ dadau prabhuḥ |
Bhishma nói: Bấy giờ, vua Nimi đầy uy lực đã mời bảy vị Bà-la-môn đến cùng một lúc để thọ thực, và dọn cho họ món ăn làm từ hạt śyāmāka, không có muối.
भीष्म उवाच

Nimi gathers seven Brahmins together for a meal and serves them śyāmāka-grain food without salt, setting up a situation that tests their disposition and reveals ethical qualities such as patience, contentment, and discipline.
