शूलपाणेर्भगवतो रुद्रस्य च महात्मन: । गिरौ हिमवति श्रेष्ठे तदा भूगुकुलोद्वह

Transliteration

śūlapāṇer bhagavato rudrasya ca mahātmanaḥ | girau himavati śreṣṭhe tadā bhṛgukulodvaha ||

Translation

Bhishma nói: Hỡi bậc ưu tú nhất của dòng Bhṛgu! Chuyện này thuộc về thời khắc ấy, trên ngọn núi Himālaya tuyệt diệu, khi đấng Rudra đại hồn—Śūlapāṇi, bậc Thần linh cầm đinh ba—hiện diện trong bối cảnh cuộc kết hợp thiêng liêng với Nữ Thần.
