दान्तः प्रीतमना नित्यं गवां व्युष्टिं तथाश्रुते । त्र्यहमुष्णं पिबेन्मूत्रं 5यहमुष्णं पिबेत् पय:
dāntaḥ prītamanā nityaṁ gavāṁ vyuṣṭiṁ tathāśrute | tryaham uṣṇaṁ piben mūtraṁ trayaham uṣṇaṁ pibet payaḥ ||
Vyāsa nói: Người biết tự chế, lòng luôn hoan hỷ, thường xuyên chăm nom đàn bò và chăm chú lắng nghe các phép tắc đã được quy định, sẽ được dự phần vào sự thịnh vượng. Là một kỷ luật tu khổ hạnh, nên uống nước tiểu bò còn ấm trong ba ngày, rồi tiếp đó uống sữa bò còn ấm trong ba ngày.
