नहुष उवाच करवाणि प्रियं कि ते तन्‍मे ब्रूहि द्विजोत्तम । सर्व कर्तास्मि भगवन्‌ यद्यपि स्यात्‌ सुदुष्करम्‌

Nahuṣa uvāca: karavāṇi priyaṁ ki te tan me brūhi dvijottama | sarva-kartāsmi bhagavan yady api syāt suduṣkaram ||

Nahuṣa nói: “Ta có thể làm việc gì để làm vừa lòng ngài? Xin hãy nói cho ta biết, hỡi bậc tối thượng trong hàng lưỡng sinh. Bạch tôn giả, ta sẵn sàng làm mọi điều—even nếu việc ấy cực kỳ khó khăn.”
