गोमूल्यनिर्णयः — The Determination of Value through the Cow

आर्यरूपसमाचारं चरन्तं कृतके पथि । सुवर्णमन्यवर्ण वा स्वशीलं शास्ति निश्चये

āryarūpasamācāraṃ carantaṃ kṛtake pathi | suvarṇam anyavarṇaṃ vā svaśīlaṃ śāsti niścaye ||

Bhīṣma nói: Khi một người nương theo con đường giả tạo mà bắt chước phong thái, lễ nghi của bậc cao quý, người ta có thể ngờ rằng kẻ ấy là vàng thật hay chỉ là thủy tinh—thuộc dòng thuần hay dòng pha tạp. Nhưng để quyết định điều ấy, chính bản tính của hắn—tính nết bền chặt và cách hành xử nhất quán—sẽ tự phơi bày sự thật.
