पात्रलक्षण-परिक्षा (Pātra-Lakṣaṇa Parīkṣā) — Criteria for a Worthy Recipient

महारथश्न राजन्य एष्टव्य: शत्रुतापन: । इति मां नारद: प्राह सततं सर्वभूतये

mahārathaś ca rājan ya eṣṭavyaḥ śatrutāpanaḥ | iti māṃ nāradaḥ prāha satataṃ sarvabhūtaye ||

Thần Gió nói: “Muôn tâu Đại vương, nên cầu nguyện cho sự xuất hiện của một Kṣatriya đại xa thủ—bậc chiến xa anh hùng, kẻ làm quân thù phải rúng động. Thánh Nārada đã nhiều lần dạy ta như thế, như một lời khuyên vì lợi ích và thịnh vượng của hết thảy chúng sinh.”
