उत्थाय सलिलात् तस्माद् रुदती शोकविह्नलला । परिदेवयती तत्र कौरवानभ्यभाषत
utthāya salilāt tasmād rudatī śokavihvalā | paridevayatī tatra kauravān abhyabhāṣata ||
Từ làn nước ấy, nàng trồi lên, lòng ngập tràn sầu thảm mà bật khóc. Vừa than khóc tại đó, nàng cất lời với các Kaurava, như muốn nói rõ sự thật về những gì đã xảy ra và nêu bật giá trị của Bhīṣma dưới ánh sáng của chính đạo và hạnh kiểm bậc vương giả.
