Shloka 5

यथा ह्ुपस्थितैश्वर्या: प्रजायन्ते न राजसा: । एवमेवात्मना5७त्मानं पूजयन्तीह धार्मिका:

yathā hy upasthitaiśvaryāḥ prajāyante na rājasāḥ | evam evātmanātmānaṃ pūjayantīha dhārmikāḥ ||

Bhishma nói: “Như những bậc đã có chủ quyền vững bền không tìm cầu tái sinh bằng sự gắng sức mang tính rajas (đam mê, xao động), thì người hành dharma ở đời này cũng lấy chính tự ngã mà tôn kính tự ngã. Nhờ kỷ luật trong việc thực hành dharma, họ nâng cao nội thể của mình và đạt đến cảnh giới cao hơn, cẩn trọng để rajas không kéo họ rơi lại vào vòng sinh tử.”
