Anuśāsana-parva 17
दान्तानामपि यो दान्तो धीमतामपि या च थी: । देवानामपि यो देव ऋषीणामपि यस्त्वृषि:
dāntānām api yo dānto dhīmatām api yā ca dhīḥ | devānām api yo deva ṛṣīṇām api yas tv ṛṣiḥ |
Vāyu nói: “Đấng ấy là bậc tự chế tối thượng ngay giữa những người tự chế; là trí tuệ chân thực ngay giữa những bậc hiền trí; là Thần tối thượng ngay giữa chư thiên; và là bậc Thánh tri (ṛṣi) ngay giữa các ṛṣi. Hãy nghe từ ta bài tụng một nghìn lẻ tám danh hiệu của Đức Śiva rực sáng vô lượng—Tự Ngã nội tại của muôn loài, từ Ngài các thế giới sinh khởi và vào Ngài chúng tan hòa.
