Shloka 69

न च राजभयं तेषां न पिशाचान्न राक्षसात्‌ । नाग्न्यम्बुपवनव्यालाद्‌ भयं तस्योपजायते,गायत्रीका जप करनेसे द्विजको राजा, पिशाच, राक्षस, आग, पानी, हवा और साँप आदिका भय नहीं होता

na ca rājabhayaṁ teṣāṁ na piśācān na rākṣasāt | nāgny-ambu-pavana-vyālād bhayaṁ tasyopajāyate ||

Bhīṣma nói: Với người ấy, không nỗi sợ nào khởi lên—từ vua chúa, từ piśāca hay từ rākṣasa; cũng không sợ lửa, nước, gió hay loài rắn. Như vậy, nhờ trì tụng Gāyatrī một cách nghiêm cẩn và có kỷ luật, người “hai lần sinh” được che chở khỏi hiểm họa hữu hình và vô hình, khiến tâm càng vững bền trong dharma.
