Kīrtana for the Removal of Impurity

Educational Q&A

A person becomes socially despised not by fate alone but by the self-created consequences of his own actions; this is most clearly seen when one’s conduct damages relationships with relatives and close friends.

Maheśvara addresses Devī, offering a moral observation about human society: unethical actions generate results that ‘cut off’ one’s standing and bonds, making one an object of hatred even among one’s own kin.
