उवाचोमा प्रणिह्ठिता शर्वाणी तपसां निधि: । दत्तो भगवता पुत्र: साम्बो नाम तवानघ

Transliteration

uvāca umā praṇihitā śarvāṇī tapasāṁ nidhiḥ | datto bhagavatā putraḥ sāmbo nāma tavānagha |

Translation

Umā—Śarvāṇī, kho tàng của khổ hạnh—với tâm định tĩnh mà nói: “Hỡi người vô tội, Đức Thế Tôn đã ban cho ngươi một người con trai tên là Sāmba.”
