ब्राह्मणपूजायां व्युष्टिः — Vyuṣṭi (Merit-Outcome) of Honoring Brāhmaṇas: Kṛṣṇa and Durvāsā
स तु वह्निर्महाज्वालो दग्ध्वा सर्वमशेषत: । विष्णो: समीप आगम्य पादौ शिष्यवदस्पृशत्
sa tu vahnir mahājvālo dagdhvā sarvam aśeṣataḥ | viṣṇoḥ samīpa āgamya pādau śiṣyavad aspṛśat |
Bhīṣma nói: Ngọn lửa ấy, với những lưỡi lửa lớn rực cháy, đã thiêu rụi mọi vật không còn sót lại. Rồi nó tiến đến gần Đức Viṣṇu, chạm vào đôi chân Ngài như người đệ tử chạm chân bậc thầy để tỏ lòng kính phục và quy thuận; và ngay tại đó, nó tan hòa, bị hấp thụ vào trong Ngài.
