Transliteration

pakṣe pakṣe gate rājan yo 'śrīyād varṣam eva tu

Translation

Aṅgiras nói: “Hỡi Đại vương, người nào sự thịnh vượng cứ mỗi nửa tháng lại suy giảm—quả thật suốt cả một năm—thì phải hiểu là đang dần dần lụn bại theo thời gian.”
