Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
भक्षयेच्छास्त्रदृष्टानि पर्वस्वपि विवर्जयेत् । शास्त्रोंमें जिन काष्ठोंका दाँतन निषिद्ध माना गया है
bhakṣayecchāstradṛṣṭāni parvasv api vivarjayet |
Bhishma nói: chỉ nên dùng những que chà răng được kinh điển chuẩn thuận, và tránh những loại bị kinh điển cấm. Hơn nữa, vào các ngày lễ hay ngày trai giới (ngày parva), ngay cả que chà răng vốn được phép cũng nên kiêng, để thực hành sự tiết chế phù hợp với dharma.
