Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
तदावसेत् सदा प्राज्ञो भवार्थी मनुजेश्वर । मनुजेश्वर! अपनी उन्नति चाहनेवाले विद्वान् पुरुषको उचित है कि ब्राह्मणके द्वारा वास्तुपूजनपूर्वक आरम्भ कराये और अच्छे कारीगरके द्वारा बनाये हुए घरमें सदा निवास करे
tad āvaset sadā prājño bhavārthī manu-jeśvara |
Bhishma nói: “Hỡi bậc chúa tể loài người, người trí cầu thịnh vượng nên luôn cư trú trong một ngôi nhà được dựng nên vững tốt—khởi công sau khi một bà-la-môn đã cử hành lễ Vāstu, và được xây bởi những thợ thủ công lành nghề.”
