Āloka-dāna (Dīpa-dāna), Sumanas–Dhūpa–Dīpa Phala: Manu–Suvarṇa and Śukra–Bali Exempla
तत्र तौ कथयन्तौ स्तां कथा नानाविधाश्रया: । ब्रद्मर्षिदेवदैत्यानां पुराणानां महात्मनाम्
tatra tau kathayantau stāṃ kathā nānāvidhāśrayāḥ | brahmarṣidevadaityānāṃ purāṇānāṃ mahātmanām ||
Tại đó, hai người vẫn say sưa đàm đạo, kể lại muôn chuyện từ nhiều nguồn—những truyện về các Brahmarṣi, chư thiên, loài Daitya và các bậc đại hồn của thời cổ. Cảnh ấy nhấn mạnh lối truyền trao dharma theo truyền thống: qua ký ức về lịch sử thiêng và những đời sống làm gương.
