अधस्तादत्र चैतेषां द्विजाः सप्त तलानि तु महातलादयस्तेषां अधस्तान्नरकाः क्रमात्

Transliteration

adhastādatra caiteṣāṃ dvijāḥ sapta talāni tu mahātalādayasteṣāṃ adhastānnarakāḥ kramāt

Translation

Hỡi các bậc lưỡng sinh, bên dưới các cõi ấy là bảy tầng địa giới, khởi từ Mahātala; và dưới nữa, theo thứ lớp, là các địa ngục. Như vậy vũ trụ được an bài theo từng bậc, để linh hồn bị trói buộc (paśu) thọ nhận quả nghiệp dưới sự cai quản của Đấng Chủ (Pati).
