कृतद्युतिरजानन्ती सपत्नीनामघं महत् । सुप्त एवेति सञ्चिन्त्य निरीक्ष्य व्यचरद्गृहे ॥ ४४ ॥
kṛtadyutir ajānantī sapatnīnām aghaṁ mahat supta eveti sañcintya nirīkṣya vyacarad gṛhe
Không hay biết tội lớn của các bà vợ chung, hoàng hậu Kṛtadyuti nghĩ con mình chỉ ngủ say. Nhìn con rồi nàng đi lại trong nhà, chẳng hiểu rằng con đã chết.
