श्रीएवं उक्त्वा हरिवंशेण शकुन्तला पुरो हृषीकेशम् । अभ्युपगम्य महाभागा हर्षेणाभिवाद्य भास्करम् ॥ २ ॥

Transliteration

tenaiva sahasā sarve devāḥ pratihatekṣaṇāḥ nāpaśyan khaṁ diśaḥ kṣauṇīm ātmānaṁ ca kuto vibhum

Translation

Do hào quang của Chúa, thị lực của chư thiên bị che lấp. Vì thế họ không thấy trời, phương hướng, đất, thậm chí chính mình—huống chi thấy Hṛṣīkeśa đang hiện diện trước mặt.
