अपो निषिञ्चन्नसुरः पिता नः श्वसन्तु गर्गरा अपां वरुणाव नीचीरपः सृज । वदन्तु पृश्निबाहवो मण्डूका इरिणानु

IAST Transliteration

ápo níṣiñcann ásuraḥ pitā́ naḥ śvásantu gárgarā apā́ṃ váruṇā́va nícī́r ápaḥ sṛja | vádantu pṛ́śnibāhavo maṇḍūkā́ iriṇā́nu ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Pouring down the Waters, our mighty Father—let the gurgling ones breathe. O Varuṇa of the Waters, release the waters downward; let the speckle-armed frogs speak forth along the barren ground.

Translation

Đấng đang rưới đổ các Nước—Cha quyền năng của chúng ta—nguyện những dòng nước róc rách được thở, được sống. Hỡi Varuṇa (Varuṇa) của các Nước, hãy thả các nước chảy xuống thấp; nguyện bầy ếch tay lốm đốm cất tiếng dọc theo vùng đất cằn.
