आ गृह्णीतं सं बृहतं प्रानापानान् न्यर्बुदे । निवाशा घोषाः सं यन्त्वमित्रेषु समीक्षयन् रदिते अर्बुदे तव
ā́ gṛhṇītaṃ sáṃ bṛhataṃ prāṇāpānā́n ny àrbude | nivāśā́ ghóṣāḥ sáṃ yantv amítreṣu samīkṣáyan radité arbúde táva ||
Seize ye, press ye wholly down the in-breath and out-breath—O Arbuda. Let abodes and clamours gather and move upon the enemies, as they look about—O Raditā, O Arbuda—under thy power.
Hãy nắm lấy, hãy đè ép hoàn toàn hơi thở vào và hơi thở ra—hỡi Arbuda. Nguyện cho các chỗ trú và những tiếng hò reo tụ hội lại, rồi dồn chuyển lên trên kẻ thù, khi chúng còn đang nhìn quanh—hỡi Raditā, hỡi Arbuda—dưới quyền lực của ngài.
