Transliteration

udāsīnavadhe yātur uttamo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

Đối với việc giết một người trung lập (udāsīna), kẻ yātu (phù thủy/ma thuật đen; kẻ giết người bí mật) sẽ chịu hình phạt cao nhất.
