जातिविशिष्टामकामामपत्यवतीं निष्क्रयेण दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१२.३७ ॥

Transliteration

jātiviśiṣṭām akāmām apatyavatīṃ niṣkrayeṇa dadyāt

Translation

Nếu nàng thuộc tầng lớp/xuất thân xã hội danh giá, không tự nguyện, hoặc đã có con, thì ông ta phải giao trả nàng bằng cách nhận khoản chuộc/bồi thường (niṣkraya) thích đáng.
