तस्मादमात्यसम्पदोपेतः सर्वसमयविदाशुग्रन्थश्चार्वक्षरो लेखनवाचनसमर्थो लेखकः स्यात् ॥ कZ_०२.१०.०३ ॥

Transliteration

tasmād amātyasampadopetaḥ sarvasamayavid āśugranthaś cārvakṣaro lekhanavācanasamartho lekhakaḥ syāt

Translation

Vì vậy, người thư lại hoàng gia phải có phẩm chất như một đại thần, am tường mọi dịp (nghi lễ và bối cảnh), viết nhanh, chữ rõ ràng thanh nhã, và thành thạo cả việc viết lẫn đọc to.
