īśvara uvāca | tato gacchedvarārohe liṃgaṃ mṛtyuñjayeśvaram | tasyaiva vahni koṇasthaṃ dhanuṣāṃ daśake sthitam
Īśvara (Śiva)
Tirtha: Mṛtyuñjayeśvara
Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī (addressed as varārohe)
Scene: Shiva (Īśvara) instructs Devī on the next stop: a pilgrim proceeds southeast within Prabhāsa to the Mṛtyuñjayeśvara liṅga, with the Agni direction symbolized by a subtle flame motif.
Pilgrimage is mapped as a disciplined sacred journey: moving from one liṅga to another is itself a dharmic progression.
Prabhāsa Kṣetra, specifically the shrine of Mṛtyuñjayeśvara-liṅga within its sacred topography.
The instruction is to proceed (gacchet) to Mṛtyuñjayeśvara; the verse provides directional and distance guidance for the yātrā.
