tatra koṭihrado devi tathā koṭīśvaraḥ śivaḥ | tatra mātṛgaṇaścaiva sthitaḥ kāmaphalapradaḥ
Īśvara (Śiva)
Tirtha: Koṭihrada / Koṭīśvara
Type: kund
Listener: Devī (Mahādevī/Pārvatī)
Scene: A luminous pond (hrada) with lotus blooms; nearby stands Koṭīśvara liṅga; the Mātṛgaṇas appear as protective mother-deities around the shrine, granting boons.
Prabhāsa is portrayed as a convergence of Śiva and Śakti presences, where devotion yields both worldly boons and spiritual auspiciousness.
Koṭihrada (sacred lake), Koṭīśvara Śiva, and the abiding Mātṛgaṇa at the same locality in Prabhāsa Kṣetra.
No direct ritual is stated here; the verse identifies deities and the site’s boon-bestowing nature.
