पिशुनाय न पापाय नाशिष्यायाहिताय च । कथनीयमिदं पुण्यं नाव्रताय कथंचन
piśunāya na pāpāya nāśiṣyāyāhitāya ca | kathanīyamidaṃ puṇyaṃ nāvratāya kathaṃcana
یہ پُنیہ بھرا اُپدیش نہ غیبت کرنے والے کو بتایا جائے، نہ گنہگار کو، نہ اُس کو جو شاگرد نہیں اور بدخواہ ہے؛ اور جو ورت و ضبط سے خالی ہو، اسے ہرگز نہ سنایا جائے۔
