इत्येवं कथितश्चन्द्र ब्राह्मणानां गुणार्णवः । कुरुष्वानन्तरं कार्य्यं यद्ब्रवीम्यहमेव ते

ityevaṃ kathitaścandra brāhmaṇānāṃ guṇārṇavaḥ | kuruṣvānantaraṃ kāryyaṃ yadbravīmyahameva te

یوں اے چندر! برہمنوں کی خوبیوں کا سمندر بیان کیا گیا۔ اب اس کے بعد وہ کام کرو جو میں خود تم سے کہتا ہوں۔
