अयं तु नवमो द्वीपः कुमार्या संज्ञितः प्रिये । अष्टौ द्वीपाः समुद्रेण प्लाविताश्च तथापरे
ayaṃ tu navamo dvīpaḥ kumāryā saṃjñitaḥ priye | aṣṭau dvīpāḥ samudreṇa plāvitāśca tathāpare
لیکن اے پیاری! یہ نواں دویپ ہے جو ‘کُماریا’ کے نام سے معروف ہے۔ باقی آٹھ دویپوں کو سمندر نے ڈبو دیا۔
