मनसा निश्चयं कृत्वा ततो वाचाऽभिधीयते । क्रियते कर्मणा पश्चात्प्रमाणं हि मनस्ततः

manasā niścayaṃ kṛtvā tato vācā'bhidhīyate | kriyate karmaṇā paścātpramāṇaṃ hi manastataḥ

پہلے دل و ذہن میں پختہ ارادہ کیا جاتا ہے؛ پھر زبان سے اس کا اعلان ہوتا ہے؛ اس کے بعد عمل سے اسے پورا کیا جاتا ہے۔ اس لیے اصل معیار تو ذہن ہی ہے۔
