Transliteration

śītalaṃ kurute dehaṃ bālānāṃ rogavarjitam | pūjitā bhaktibhāvena tena sā śītalā smṛtā

Translation

جب عقیدت کے ساتھ پوجا کی جائے تو وہ بچوں کے جسم کو ٹھنڈا اور بیماری سے پاک کرتی ہے؛ اسی لیے وہ ‘شیتلا’ (ٹھنڈک بخش دیوی) کے نام سے یاد کی جاتی ہے۔
