Tirtha: Someśvara at Prabhāsa
Type: kshetra
Listener: Rākṣaseśa
Scene: Someśvara (Śaṅkara) stands/abides radiantly at Prabhāsa while concentric circles of ascetics worship: water-only sages with kamaṇḍalus, air-only yogins in prāṇāyāma, tiny Vālakhilyas, and other rishi groups offering flowers and mantra.
A supreme tīrtha attracts the highest tapasvins; Someśvara’s presence makes Prabhāsa a center where asceticism and devotion converge.
Someśvara at Prabhāsa Kṣetra, where Śiva is said to abide directly.
Worship (pūjā/stuti) is implied; the verse highlights communities of ascetics devoted to continuous veneration rather than detailing a rite.
