उपायं च करिष्यामि येनायं न भवे दिति । ततः स जीवितं प्राप्य प्रसादाच्छंकरस्य च । चर्मखङ्गमथादाय तिष्ठतिष्ठेति चाब्रवीत्

upāyaṃ ca kariṣyāmi yenāyaṃ na bhave diti | tataḥ sa jīvitaṃ prāpya prasādācchaṃkarasya ca | carmakhaṅgamathādāya tiṣṭhatiṣṭheti cābravīt

میں ایک تدبیر کروں گا جس سے یہ پھر دہشت نہ بنے۔ پھر شنکر کے فضل سے جان پا کر اس نے چمڑے کی ڈھال اور تلوار اٹھائی اور پکارا: “ٹھہرو! ٹھہرو!”
