पितामह वरं देवा मन्यंते दानवाधम । गौरवात्तस्य तेन त्वमात्मानं मन्यसेऽधिकम्
pitāmaha varaṃ devā manyaṃte dānavādhama | gauravāttasya tena tvamātmānaṃ manyase'dhikam
اے دانوؤں کے بدترین! دیوتا پِتامہ (برہما) کو برتر ترین مانتے ہیں؛ اسی کے احترام و جلال کے سبب تم اپنے آپ کو سب سے اعلیٰ سمجھتے ہو۔
