मुनय ऊचुः । वयं शक्रेण ते यज्ञे समायाताः सुभक्तितः । उल्लंघिता मदोद्रेकात्कृत्वा हास्यं मुहुर्मुहुः
munaya ūcuḥ | vayaṃ śakreṇa te yajñe samāyātāḥ subhaktitaḥ | ullaṃghitā madodrekātkṛtvā hāsyaṃ muhurmuhuḥ
رشیوں نے کہا: شکر (اندرا) کی درخواست پر ہم خلوصِ بھکتی کے ساتھ آپ کے یَجْن میں آئے تھے۔ مگر غرور کے جوش میں ہم حد سے بڑھ گئے اور بار بار تمسخر کرتے رہے۔
