यथा तेन कृतं श्राद्धं पितुः प्रेतस्य यत्नतः । ब्राह्मणानां पुरोऽन्येषां यथोक्तानामपि द्विजाः
yathā tena kṛtaṃ śrāddhaṃ pituḥ pretasya yatnataḥ | brāhmaṇānāṃ puro'nyeṣāṃ yathoktānāmapi dvijāḥ
اور یہ کہ اُس نے پوری کوشش سے اپنے باپ کے لیے—جو پِریت کی حالت میں تھا—شرادھ ادا کیا، برہمنوں اور دیگر مقررہ دِویجوں کے سامنے، عین شاستر کے مطابق۔
