अन्ये ते पन्नगा विप्र ये दशंतीह मानवान् । वयं सलिलसंभूता निर्विषाः सर्परूपिणः
anye te pannagā vipra ye daśaṃtīha mānavān | vayaṃ salilasaṃbhūtā nirviṣāḥ sarparūpiṇaḥ
“اے برہمن! یہاں اور بھی ناگ ہیں جو انسانوں کو ڈستے ہیں؛ مگر ہم پانی سے پیدا ہوئے ہیں—سانپ کی صورت میں ہوتے ہوئے بھی بے زہر ہیں۔”
