सांकृतिरुवाच । अनृतं नोक्तपूर्वं मे स्वैरेष्वपि पितामह । ज्ञायते देवदेवेश तत्कथं तत्करोम्यहम्
sāṃkṛtiruvāca | anṛtaṃ noktapūrvaṃ me svaireṣvapi pitāmaha | jñāyate devadeveśa tatkathaṃ tatkaromyaham
سانکرتی نے کہا: “اے پِتامہہ! میں نے کبھی جھوٹ نہیں بولا—حتیٰ کہ بےخیالی کے لمحوں میں بھی نہیں۔ دیوتاؤں کے دیوتا، ایشور، سب کچھ جانتے ہیں؛ پھر میں کیسے اَنرت کہہ سکتا ہوں؟”
