अवध्यं संगरे पूर्वैः सर्वैदेवैः सवासवैः । स तथेति प्रतिज्ञाय जगामादर्शनं हरः
avadhyaṃ saṃgare pūrvaiḥ sarvaidevaiḥ savāsavaiḥ | sa tatheti pratijñāya jagāmādarśanaṃ haraḥ
“ایسا جو قدیم سب دیوتاؤں سے، واسوَ (اِندر) سمیت، میدانِ جنگ میں بھی ناقابلِ قتل ہو۔” ہَر نے “تَتھاستُ” کہہ کر وعدہ کیا اور پھر نگاہوں سے اوجھل ہو گئے۔
