Transliteration

parvatānāṃ yathā merurdvipadānāṃ dvijottamaḥ | sthānajānāṃ tu viprāṇāṃ śreṣṭho'ṣṭakulikastathā

Translation

جس طرح پہاڑوں میں مِیرو سب سے بلند ہے اور دو پاؤں والوں میں دْوِجوتّم (برترین دْوِج) سب سے ممتاز ہے، اسی طرح اُس مقام کے مقامی وِپر (برہمن) میں اَشٹکُلِک بھی ویسا ہی شریشٹھ ہے۔
