मनस्तापाद्व्रजेत्पापं मानसं वाचिकं च यत् । तस्य प्रसादनेनैव यस्योपरि विजल्पितम्

دل کی تپش یعنی ندامت سے ذہنی اور زبانی گناہ دور ہو جاتا ہے؛ اور جس کے خلاف نامناسب بات کہی گئی ہو، اسی کو راضی کرنے سے وہ مٹ جاتا ہے۔
