सूत उवाच । श्वेतद्वीपः समानीतो विष्णुना प्रभविष्णुना । तत्क्षेत्रे कलिभीतेन यथा शौक्ल्यं न संत्यजेत्

سوت نے کہا: “شویت دویپ کو یہاں وشنو، اس قادرِ مطلق پرمیشور نے لے آیا، تاکہ اس مقدّس کْشَیتر میں کَلی کے خوف سے اس کی سفیدی (پاکیزگی) کبھی ترک نہ ہو۔”
